Functions & Advantages

Active/Passive Balancing Test

With its bidirectional design, current input and output directions for each channel can be controlled independently. Users can customize battery charge and discharge models to meet BMS active/passive balancing test requirements.

Static Power Consumption Test

The current accuracy is up to 100nA. By supplying power to the product under test, the static power consumption in standby state can be visually tested, allowing for the screening of unqualified products.

Built-in Fault Simulation

Integrates 8 channels in a 19-inch 2U size. Each channel has built-in positive/negative polarity short circuit, open circuit, and reverse polarity simulation, saving cost and space by eliminating external components.

Application Fields

  • BMS/CMS test for new energy vehicles, UAVs, and energy storage systems.
  • Battery maintenance device testing.
  • Portable consumer electronics R&D and production (Mobiles, Bluetooth earphones).
  • Electric tools manufacturing tests (Electric screw drivers).

Professional Industry Experience

As a professional electronic solution provider for intelligent manufacturing, the team has been committed to the research and exploration of measurement and control solutions since 2006. Key milestones include:
