DC EV Charger Pile Tester
1. Multi-Protocol Compatibility
Supports mainstream charging protocols including GB/T, CCS (EU/US), CHAdeMO, and Tesla Supercharger, enabling testing of charger piles across different regional and brand standards. It can automatically identify and match protocols to simulate communication between EVs and chargers.
2. Precise DC Output Measurement
Equipped with high-precision voltage/current sensors (accuracy class ≤ 0.1%) to measure DC output parameters (voltage range: 0–1000V, current range: 0–500A) of charger piles, including steady-state voltage/current, ripple voltage, and dynamic response characteristics.
3. Charging Sequence Simulation
Simulates the complete EV charging process: physical connection detection, low-voltage auxiliary power supply activation, communication handshake, parameter configuration, charging start/stop, and fault disconnection.
4. Fault Injection Function
Allows manual injection of common faults (e.g., communication interruptions, overvoltage/undercurrent, insulation resistance reduction, CP/PP signal abnormalities) to test the charger pile's fault diagnosis and protection capabilities.
5. Energy Measurement & Efficiency Analysis
Integrates a high-precision energy meter to calculate charging energy, power factor, and charger pile efficiency. Supports recording of energy data over time for load curve analysis.
6. Communication Protocol Analysis
Decodes and monitors communication data between the charger pile and EV (CAN bus, Ethernet) in real time, displaying frame content, baud rate, and error codes.
7. Load Simulation Capability
Built-in programmable DC electronic load to simulate different EV battery capacities (0–500kW power range) and charging modes (constant current, constant voltage, constant power).
