Performance Note: See the following manual documents for electric hoist details.

1Main Components: This machine is composed of 4 parts: column, beam, reducer, and electric chain hoist.
2Functionality: The electric chain hoist provides lifting and reciprocating movement on the beam. The reducer on the supporting plate drives the rotary movement.
3Operation: Realized by a flashlight button panel with eight buttons (fast/slow up and down, left/right rotation, forward/backward trolley).
Column Setup: Install the column perpendicular to the ground. Anchor plate screws must be tightened firmly. The foundation should fit well with the floor.
Beam Installation: Lift the beam horizontally, insert the shaft, install the reducer on the pallet, and mount the electric hoist on the swingarm beam track.
Electrical Configuration: Install slip ring frames and wire ropes. Ensure grounding resistance is not greater than 4 ohms. Use the correct power cord (YZ-500V medium-sized rubber sheathed cable).
Test Run: Add 30# mechanical oil to the rotary reducer before use. Perform no-load and rated load tests. Distal drop value of the cantilever should not exceed R/125mm after 15 minutes of testing.
Routine Maintenance: Clean and lubricate rotating parts every six months. Check chain and rope strength. Repaint wing surfaces if peeling occurs.
