The six degrees of freedom motion simulation platform system consists of the Stewart mechanism platform, computer control system, and drive system. The lower platform is floor-mounted, while the upper motion platform is supported by six electric cylinders driven by servo motors.
The system realizes complex motion through coordinated control of cylinder strokes, enabling three translational movements and rotation around three coordinate axes. It is widely used in training simulators (flight, ship, helicopter, tank, automobile, train), entertainment equipment, and advanced aerospace docking simulations.
Software: Utilizes EtherCAT bus communication for high-speed response, low latency, and leading parallel algorithms for precise control.
